After 2 years of research and preparation, TesterVN community's members have completed "TesterToday" project - Software Testing Academy.
During the month of Febuary in 2012, when TesterVN club was officially established. TesterVN club has received a lot of attentions from our Test Managers, Test Leaders, Senior Testers,…who have been working at big software companies in Hanoi. Therefore, we strongly believe that with such human resources, we are able to build Software Testing Academy more simply and doesn't take us a lot of time and effort. However, in fact, during those 2 years, we spent 50% of time to discuss about the content. For instance, what will we teach? Which part we will add or delete?
At that time, we couldn't make a final decision because we came from different companies. Besides, our course-books will be written by different viewpoints and many ways of training tester. Therefore, if the course-book is based on any member's idea until completion, the knowledge of trainees is only applied to a specific company. And those course-books is not enough to get basic knowledge of Software Testing.
After several weeks for meeting, the Academy's content is decided as below:

• Imported course-books: which are based on foreign Software Testing supplies necessary knowledge for a Tester. And additional knowledge is also written in the course-books.
• The practice part written by TesterVN members: that is the whole actual practice ensures that trainees can get practical experience about Software Testing in Vietnam.
